Room was bigger than I expected for the price, staff went out of their way to be helpful

The breakfast nook was quite small so serving yourself was difficult but the food selection was excellent for a complimentary b/fast.

Maids were great! Excellent.

Hot water ran out, no one to check me out 6am.

Not horrible but do not recommend if a family stay with children. Didn't feel safe.

The first night teenagers were boozing it up and extremely noisy right outside my door in the parking lot, when I went to my car the next morning there was broken beer bottles all over the parking lot. Had to wait 20 minutes before someone appeared at front desk.

Overall, was disappointed with this hotel. The room looked like everything needed to be wiped down prior to using anything.

Located near an upscale shopping mall and movie theaters.

Air conditioner was noisy and needed to be run almost all night for comfort.

Good location and convenient to local beaches, shopping and good restaurants. Clean rooms and staff is friendly and helpful.
